Our first time taking the @eurostar from Paris 🇫🇷 to London 🇬🇧 as a family of 5.

There’s truly no better way to travel Europe with kids than by train. Our travel day was so easy! And in just over 2 hours we were in Central London and ready to explore a new country!

Save these tips for your next trip:

• US travelers need a UK ETA, including kids
• download the app and save your tickets to your phone
• arrive early for security and passport control
• pack light to manage your bags
• bring snacks and games for the ride

Hard to believe this museum is FREE 🇬🇧

The Natural History Museum in London is absolutely beautiful and there is something for everyone in the family. We originally came for the dinosaur gallery for my 5 year old dino-loving boy but we all had so much fun exploring the museum.

If you’re visiting London with kids, definitely add this stop to your itinerary. Would be great on a rainy day too!

✨A few tips before your visit ✨

🎟️ Admission is free, but you will want to reserve tickets ahead of time for the time slot
⏰ afternoon is a great time to visit with less crowds
🦕 Don’t try to see everything! Grab a map when you enter and pick a few must-see galleries
🚇 The closest Tube station is South Kensington
🥪 You can bring food in with you to have a picnic or eat at one of the cafes

After a 9 hour flight with kids, the last thing you want is to wait in an hours long customs line. By downloading this app before your flight you can save yourself so much time and stress.

✈️ Mobile Passport Control (MPC)

This is one of the best travel hacks most people don’t even know about and it’s FREE!

✨ What is MPC?

Mobile Passport Control is an official app from US Customs and Border Protection that allows eligible travelers to submit some of their passport and customs information electronically when entering the United States.

✨ How it works:

➡️ Download the official MPC app
➡️ Enter all passport info (kids too)
➡️ Snap a quick selfie
➡️ Submit your customs form from your phone

When you land, follow the MPC signs for the designated line. We walked right up to an agent and skipped the entire customs line.
